Placing the final touch in the dramatic foyer. This Victorian house had exquisite architectural details. It was important to keep the finishes and furnishings minimal.

Work-life balance. The bedroom closet in this vacation rental is so spacious that we added a floating wood desk. There’s a nice window providing natural light too. Guests have a quiet place to take care of business.

Natural elements and texture set the stage as you enter this home. This custom wall of peeling paint is repeated in the great room which overlooks the beautiful beach.

Games for your guests are a great way for them to spend time together. When getting your vacation rental ready for guests, you want to provide everything possible to ensure that they enjoy a relaxing, stress-free stay. A fun selection of indoor activities will keep guests occupied even when weather cancels outdoor plans. Game on!

A curated collection of woven baskets is displayed vertically to draw the eye up to the tall ceilings in this southwest themed home. These baskets, displayed in the entry, add nice texture and introduce the teal and terra cotta colors throughout the interior.

Black and gold! Our color scheme is represented in modern light fixtures, pool table, abstract art and wall mural.

We carried our black and gold color scheme from the game room into the kitchen so these two spaces feel cohesive. Quirky light fixtures, abstract art and clean lines were used throughout this vacation rental property.

According to a Feng Shui bagua map, my client’s home office needed to reflect children and creativity. I sorted through many boxes of her sons’ keepsakes for this project. We created a statement wall featuring our favorite whimsical masterpieces.

In this home office, family photos were edited for size and to black and white images. Although the photos range from a WWll soldier to a recent high school graduate, they all work together in matching matted frames.

Time for some cool accent walls! The homeowners are worldly travelers and their business is based in many time zones. It’s important for our interiors to reflect our passions and interests.

Dramatic entry! The glass orb lights with varying heights draw the eye up to the cathedral ceiling.

The repetition of 3 matching plants transitions the hardscape and landscape zones with contrasting foliage.

Resort style living at this vacation rental property.

The inspiration for hanging hammocks between all the palm tress came from a "Hammock Jungle" I saw on vacation in the Mayan Riviera.

The backyard of this vacation rental is divided into different zones to make the most of the space for entertaining.

Displaying like items together gives them more impact. This collection of treasures is displayed on a heavily textured glass table that looks like water. It’s all on theme for this beach home.

This massive entry door is both eye-catching and practical for moving large-scale furniture inside. Do you know someone that bought furniture that was too big to actually move into their house? Remember to measure the doors!

Adding a game table to this formal living room made it a much loved space.

There's nothing like a swim-up bar for the big game and dive-in movies. This ramada's sunken kitchen is flanked by a living room with a cozy fireplace and dining room ready for entertaining.

We gave this space a refresh by painting the dark beadboard ivory and adding this colorful, whimsical wallpaper. Our new carpeting and furnishings were kept simple. A chenille bedspread adds a cozy touch to the guest bedroom in this Victorian home.
