"How much space do I get?? I cannot say enough about Lanae. We hired her last fall to help move my elderly father out of his single family home and into a senior living community. This involved helping Dad make decisions about what to "let go" (donate, consign, throw away, sell) and what to keep. Once decisions were made, Lanae made it all happen. Moving Dad involved coordinating multiple contractors to help with the move and getting Dad's new place turn-key ready. It involved shopping for my Dad and picking out a few new pieces to complement things he already owned and wanted to keep. The end result was fabulous -- Dad moved effortlessly from a 2500 square foot home to an 800 square foot apartment that was perfectly suited for him, all thanks to Lanae. We were on a budget which she honored; she's a bargain shopper! She was reliable, communicative, kind and patient with Dad (she won his trust instantly!); they have stayed friends and she still checks in on him from time to time. After we had Dad settled, Lanae helped get Dad's house ready for sale on the MLS, too. Without her help, that would have been a tremendous effort. She staged the house with some of Dad's things and lots of beautiful things she picked up here and there to make the house look its absolute best. She made important suggestions on what to do to get the house ready and helped me with all of it. We had a an accepted offer in just a few days! I could not have moved Dad or sold his house without her effort, her positive attitude, and her good advice through every step. While she doesn't promote herself as a "senior relocation specialist" I think she should! She has just the right heart and attitude to help an elderly person make a big move like this. She's professional, up-beat, and a genuinely lovely person with whom to work. You cannot go wrong working with Lanae."
